The logo sale will hold them until I manage to sell five spots, for urgent funds needed to catch up on the mortgage and keep this farm going. I just went to make a payment to cover May, and found out I couldn't afford it. My regular monthly payment just jumped over $350 a month thanks to tax assessing/escrow. Or at least that is my guess as I can't call them to confirm until they open tomorrow. I have lived here 13 years and this is the first time the mortgage has jumped like this, today.
If you've ever been interested in supporting this farm, this is the time to do it. I wish that wasn't always true, but it's hard as hell out here living like this, however local and frugal, and it just got 25% harder. Time to pivot, or figure out a loan, or do something. I am not giving up for $350 a month. Not this far when things are just starting to feel easier?
