For the past few seasons this farm has mostly focused on raising heritage pork for its customers. CAF offers 1/4 and 1/2 shares of pigs. An average of 25lbs a quarter and 50lbs a half, generally.

 

These are raised in small sounders of 3-6 hogs at a time. They are bred here in the shire of Washington County by the lovely Hill View Farm. They are Dave's vision of a blond red wattle pig, and are friendly fellows and great baconers!
