I start meat birds indoors, protected in brooders with constant care as they begin their life on the farm. Within 8-12 weeks I am ready to have local, professional, poultry processors prepare these birds for your freezer, and eventually, Sunday Dinner table!
I only raise chickens spring through fall. It's local pickup here at the farmhouse. If you're interested in purchasing a whole, frozen chicken, send along a message to the farm
